Edge Conveyancing is an Independent Settlement Agency that has been set up to provide outstanding levels of service for the price conscious consumer in the competitive market place that exists today.
At Edge Conveyancing your settlement is handled by the owner and Licensee Glenn McMillan who has worked in the settlement industry nearly 20 years. Donna Cummins assists in the daily running of the business.
After commencing his settlement career in 1994, Glenn quickly established himself in the industry and his professionalism and expertise were recognised in a short time by being made a Director and Licensee of Margaret Baxter Settlements from 1997 to 2003.
In 2003, Glenn established his own settlement agency, Spirit Settlements. Glenn successfully guided Spirit Settlements to be a leading Settlement Agency with regular repeat business from satisfied clients. Spirit Settlements was sold in 2011 to enable Glenn and his partner Donna to take a career break, spend some more time with their two young boys and do some travelling.
Donna Cummins background was in Banking, having worked for the Commonwealth Bank for 17 years finishing her career with the bank as a Branch Manager. Since 2003 Donna has worked with Glenn at Spirit Settlements gaining valuable experience in the settlement industry.
